I really wish Dentrix would bring back the in-person training workshops and Insight seminars--I have new team members since those were discontinued and feel like we learned more attending those than doing in-office training. It is also nice to hear from other offices on how they do different things as well. I used to attend them multiple times and would definitely attend more if they were brought back.
