Due to the new update for the new patient appointments, we can no longer change the patients first visit which causes issues with EOM reports that we do. We also create additional patient files for ortho accounts and we mark them as non-patients and remove the first appointment dates so they do not reflect on reporting. now we can not do that. This needs to return back to the original way so we can report right. Most dental office due this, and it will cause issues later down the line. Also if a patient reschedules we can not change it. I have attached a snip-it for your viewing - non patients never showed up and now they which this one is our ortho patient, and then the patient with the date that is different from her first visit is due from a savings plan they purchased without being seen but this is how we keep record of it, but we need to change it to reflect the dates to match as we like out reports to do and be at the EOM when we turn in our Month End.
