To look at notes for patients that came in the practice for a date range to see what care was prescribed or if we missed a recommendation from a doctor. Currently I try to look at notes for one day of visits and it goes through every patient and then looks if that patient had a visit (note) from the date range I request. Can a report please look at appointments within the date range specified and then return notes for those patients. It will be SO much quicker and actually usable.
