Problem: Checking when the last periodontal chart was completed on a patient requires too many steps: Opening Chart, Opening Perio chart or Progess Notes.
We should, at a glance, be able to see the last date of every patients perio chart.
Solution: Under "Edit appointment book view" add option for "Perio: Date" among the options for Appointment Display Information.
