4 claims out of 10 goes un responsive from insurance even they are accepted on ecentral. when i call insurance and tell them its accepted from our side. they asking for claim#. the one we have is not useful for them. hence we cant use it as timely filing proof. and they just says to send claim again as they dont have. who is at fault here. dentrix ecentral or insurance? so we need claim number that insurance agent can recognize.
