Improve the software where ECentral can get the insurance information quickly and automatically. Right now we have too many insurances saying "Payor Not Responding" or "Awaiting Payor Response". THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO FIX ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are wasting too much time going into individual insurance portals to get information when ECentral should be making this easier. Please dedicate some time and resources to fix this issue ASAP. Thank you!
