Tooth Range on electronically sent claims

Claims sent electronically through Dentrix don't include the tooth range. Many insurance companies deny the claims for partial dentures because Dentrix is not reporting that information to the insurance company when the claim is sent electronically. Claims end up being denied because they don't have the correct information and partial codes require the tooth number/range. Please fix this so that insurance companies receive the same information that are in the patient's chart and are on printed claims!

    Yes! This is a huge problem. This seems like such a simple thing that is really holding up and delaying claims payment.

    I have this same issue and have lost LOTS of money due to this shortcoming!
