Some Claims that say they are batched have been printed. It is not picking up correct information on some Claims

Claims Manager - Printed Claims should not say "Batched"
Claims that have been Printed are listed as "Batched" in the Claims Manager. It therefore appears as if these claims have not been sent, but they have been printed and sent and should say "Printed"

Remove Pre-Auth from Dentrix Claims Manager
It would be great if we could use the Dentrix Claims Manager excluding Pre-Auths. Have an option where we can view all outstanding claims separately from the Pre-Auths.

Claim Manager add past 30, 60, 90 Filter
In the new claim manager feature. It would be great to add a 30, 60, 90 day quick buttons so you could work on past due claims without seeing all the current claims pending like the Insurance aging report.

Claim Manager - ability to ignore pre-authorizations AND ability to "hide" claims that have been worked (like on the Collections Manager)
need to be able to filter OUT the pre-auths from 30/60/90+ claims and would love the ability to "hide" a claim that I've already worked on so my list continues to be the claims I still need to work on (like I can do in the Collections Manager)

Need original claim number in ecentral or claim module
4 claims out of 10 goes un responsive from insurance even they are accepted on ecentral. when i call insurance and tell them its accepted from our side. they asking for claim#. the one we have is not useful for them. hence we cant use it as timely...
