If you could highlight a tooth and right-click to see all the history that has been charged out or charted for a tooth, it would be much more efficient and easier since the notes are not done by tooth number either. There is no filter that you can only check the history of one tooth without going through all clinical notes or scrolling on their ledger and cross-referencing their notes with the dates.
