I worked with another dental program that had this feature and I loved it! Instead of going to the ledger and having to read everything like the claims, payments, write offs, etc, there could be a quick button that when you click on it, it just shows the actual history and nothing else. Its very helpful when trying to see when their last cleaning was, exams, etc.
