To view on ledger when a patient has a question about a statement received you can view when sent and review what procedures were on it and what if any were after it was sent and if payment was received after it was sent and before it was received. So much easier and efficient than having to go to billing to see statement that was sent. Should eliminate having to click on so many different screens. If you could make it that you could click on statement date sent on ledger and it brings up view of statement would be great too. Thank you
