Have clinical notes associated with tooth numbers so when you click on a tooth in the chart it also shows the clinical notes associated with it.
This would save so much time scrolling through notes
this could be accomplished by putting a feature on the graphic tooth chart. where we click on the tooth when we begin the clinical note. this could be linked to all the other boxes
