It would stream line reviewing history on a tooth for the Dr. and Clinical team if they were able to access all clinical notes that addressed a certain tooth just by highlighting that tooth in the patient chart.

Thank you for the recommendation. Dentrix currently does have a feature that you can view notes, progress notes, etc by selection of tooth.
1. Select the teeth the user would like to have Progress Notes display work for.
2. From the Chart select View | Progress Notes | View by Selected Teeth or View All. (In previous versions the title bar would indicate that they were viewing by selected teeth, but DENTRIX doesn't indicate this any longer.)
3. On the progress notes panel, make sure you have clinical notes option selected.
4. To switch back to viewing Progress Notes for all teeth, if you have selected by Teeth only, choose View | Progress Notes | View All.
