Patients with a long history have very large lists of progress notes. It would be very beneficial to be able to select a tooth from the chart and have only the progress notes related to highlighted teeth show in the progress notes panel. Highlighting multiple teeth would filter out all other progress notes not linked to those teeth.
This would make finding already done treatments on a given tooth much faster and efficient and shorten the time it takes to get through notes in order to treatment plan a new procedure for a given tooth while avoiding insurance conflicts.
