It is often necessary to research history of a tooth not in ledger or progress notes but by clinical note. When a tooth is adjusted or if the patient is in for a limited exam or if they mention sensitivity at a hygiene exam, a tool to be able to list clinical notes pertaining to or mentions a specific tooth would be very beneficial. Maybe even a line in a template that would be listed as "searchable tooth" so that it is something that can be easily listed.
