The ability to tag a clinical note with a specific subject and allow search or filter by tag - as to quickly find clinical notes. For example: A clinical note tagged 'Tooth 1' will allow an office to filter clinical notes by that tag, so they can see all notes that have been tagged tooth 1. Allow reporting to give the office the ability to tag a specific issue to a clinical note, so they can see how many of a specific issue they are having.
Add tagging features for patients and reporting by filter.

I also would like to have a subject line added to a clinical note because it's time consuming to search through all of the notes when a patient has a multi-visit treatment plan.
