We just started using the DXWeb about 1 year ago. When patients sign up to receive access to online payments, they put their user name and password in. There is no limit to characters for password for the patient to put in, however, there is a limit to how many are used on the Dentrix end of things. Patients have been calling saying they can't get into account so i go over their credentials and find out that Dentrix cuts off their password after so many characters. (exp. littleroundpuppy changes to littleroundp) Please state a limit that can be used when they set up their account. Thank you.
