While I understand privacy is important, time management is also important in a practice. Having to type such a lengthy password with special characters over and over is very time consuming and frustrating. When you work at the front desk of a practice you're required to type your password NUMEROUS times throughout the work day. Please consider shortening the password length back to 4 characters.
