Any user with access to the “Chart, Open” password right has full access to edit Clinical Note Templates (the Template Setup button within the Patient Chart). This does not seem to be the appropriate password right for this function. The user would need a different password right to open this area (for example, “Chart: Chart Setup” or one of the Practice Setup options, since these templates are avaialble in Perio and Signature Manager as well as Chart).
