Change allowed characters in electronic consent forms from 5,000 to 10,000 characters. ASAP!!!

Due to COVID-19 we want all consent forms to be done in the appointed spot in the treatment planner, but for 90% of Utah doctors Professional Insurance Exchange (P.I.E) is the main source for malpractice insurance. The "required" consent forms from P.I.E. are all 7,000 plus characters long. So when copying and pasting into the settings for the consent forms they are all cut off and not able to be completely displayed or printed correctly. I have spoken to P.I.E asking if they have a more condensed version of the forms, but they don not and will not provide any other versions of the consent forms we primarily use in our GP office. Further more until I showed the Director at P.I.E as sample of how the consent forms from the Treatment Planner printed out with electronic signatures and date stamps, he was discouraging offices to use the electronic forms due to worry about being legally binding in court. Now he has seen a sample of how the date stamps and signatures appear on the printed document, he feels it is much improved from the samples he's seen in the past and would agreed with offices using this as a "SAFE" way to obtain signatures avoiding additional handling of forms, etc. He just will not agree to shorten any of the P.I.E recommended consent forms. This is why I am asking you to create a "FIX" for this issue that would allow all versions of Dentrix to allow up to 10,000 characters in the Consent Form module.
