Dentrix Ideas

Questionnaire Expiration

Due to length on our Malpractice Consents, we were recommended to create them in the Questionnaire Module.  Only problem is that we can not set the expiration to under 1 Month, so if a Patient comes back for the same type of treatment in under a month we either have to print out the consent (defeating the purpose of digital consents) or over write the most recent one (defeats the point of consents).  If using the Questionnaire is a recommendation Dentrix is going to give out, we need to be able to use it correctly.

Agreed. Consent forms should be able to be requested as soon as one day (later) since patients return and covid is not going anywhere. The covid questionnaire is needed, sometimes, every 24 hours, depending on patient care and return visits.

I'd like to set the expiration to under a month for the new COVID-19 screening questionaire we've added. If a patient comes in for a hygiene appointment and is then booked for dentistry the next week, we have no way to surface the screening form as needing to be filled out in our patient portal short of deleting the hygiene appointment responses.

The expiration number should be changed from months to days.
