There should be a way for Dentrix to recognize when a patient is missing a HIPAA Questionnaire or needs to update the Questionnaire. Additionally, under the Privacy Requests in Patient Information module, should be a selection to indicate patient completed HIPAA or due to age "needs to update HIPAA" form. Perhaps when a patient reaches the age of 18, Dentrix can flag that patient as needing to update the HIPAA form.
