We do have a custom consent forms for the various procedures. Dentrix has 5,000 letters restriction and we are not able to upload our custom consent forms for the restorative work and surgeries. Current version of Dentix offered only note or additional information box to fill out. We would like to extend the length of the form to the 10,000 letters/symbols. It will help us to keep our forms, sign them electronically and store in our system. Thank you!
