Dentrix Ideas

We have recently started using the HUB and are frustrated that it reads when a pt. needs to be notified for recall and texts them (if opted in) but there is no easy way for us to monitor that all pts are being notified by having the system write back into Dentrix in the cont. care status to say TEXT or Email, so that at a glance we can see who on our list has been contacted by the Hub or if we still need to contact them.
