We use online questionnaires, but print the forms once the patient has submitted them. Since the update to Dentrix 7.1 there has been a MAJOR GLITCH with the print formatting that makes the forms terrible to read and waste tons of paper. We've installed every update since then hoping it would contain a fix, but it's clearly not a priority!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
