The new forms don't sync in a timely manner and require EXACT information for them to sync. If there is one tiny detail that is different, then they don't sync. You cannot print the forms because the format changes once the forms have been filled out. GO BACK TO QUESTIONNAIRES!!! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT FEATURE. Now it takes at least 30 minutes to sync if the information is not exactly the same. What a waste of time for us in the office and the patient who has to fill out forms again in the office.
