We have desperately requested a fix for this problem the entire year of 2021. This is a major issue for billing and it is an absolute disaster if you truly care about you AR. PLEASE, PLEASE have someone who uses Dentrix software help with the design and functions.
I have also been mentioning this problem every single time that I speak with a Dentrix IT person for the last few years without resolution. Nobody knows how to fix it. We get multiple automatic entries in the patient document center when we do statements. It happens randomly and can be 10, 20 30 or maybe even 80 times for the one billing statement! It wouldnt be so bad if we could delete them by highlighting all of the extra entries at once. but we can only delete one at a time with 3 clicks. this is too much!
