When calling support to find out why the continuing care is not updating in Dentrix since 7.5 update I get an answer to change our work flow. Bull crap it's an error on Dentrix and they need to fix it! They say to check a patient out before making next continuing care appt. No! we are not having hygienists check out patients in the operatory......it causes issues in other areas. We have 4 doctors and we do not know which doctor will be doing the exam until the end of the appt. This problem needs to be fixed or we will be looking to change our software to EagleSoft per our new hired experienced staff who have used Eaglesoft and say it is much more user friendly.
