when printing the questionaires the PI fields print all crazy. Please help by fixing this printing issue. Many times we need to print blank forms (for the pt that just walk in and want paper) or printing the information for our doctors...they like paper Please, Please!!!

I agree with these other offices who are concerned with this issue. We do not want to give our patients NP Paperwork to fill out that looks so unorganized, it makes us look bad. Please give the offices who are not ready to go paperless 100% an option to print out the NP Information Form normally. Please Help!!
I agree. We utilize the Questionaires for our New Patient Paperwork packet as well as Medical hx updates & patient demographic updates. When you try to print them, there is no organization to the way it prints (happened after the G7 update) & we will not give our patients paperwork that looks so unorganized. It is awful. Please fix this issue!!!
