When I print the Questionnaire forms I have to select "With Responses" - it's set on "Blank Form" now. Before the last Update (I think) when the patient's name was highlighted, I could print the form w/ responses automatically. Now I have to remember to choose "With Responses" before printing. Please please please fix this! I've printed too many blank forms! Big waste of paper and ink!
