Printing the questionnaire for our health history (hhx) looks NOTHING like viewing it on the monitor. I regularly print the questionnaire and scan into my desktop to send to our website company to update so that it matches our questionnaire module . I am now going to have to create one from scratch in Word by drawing boxes so it looks like the one in Dentrix. That's horrible. !!!!! I should not have to do this so our printed out questionnaire looks professional. What a waste of valuable time.
When printing the questionnaire (hhx), the lines are all over the place (to write answers to answers on). Nothing lines up, it looks very unprofessional. I would never, ever print it and give it to a patient. It looks like a 4 year old created it. This is not what I'm used to with Dentrix, you guys are usually on top of things, this is very bad. Although we are paperless, we do still print our questionnaires for patients that are elderly also. NO way would I print this and give it to anyone.
However, thank you for updating the health history. I do very much LOVE the new set up with Critical and popup options as well as the Alert on the graphic chart. Thank you! Great job!!! Please fix the print issue.
This issue is resolved in G7.3 Update 1, which is now available. Please let us know if you continue to have issues after upgrading to this version.
Thank you for posting!!
Thank you!! We are having issues as well. It seems this isn't of importance for Dentrix to fix. This is super embarrassing for our office to deal with. It makes us look very unorganized and there should be more than 7 votes for this!!! DENTRIX PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
Looks like this one has to do with the coding of the form, when you convert it to printout, it will not show the webform layout.
Spent over an hour on the phone with Dentrix regarding this issue just to find out that it was a "non-issue" with the new 7.2 update. Agreed with the creator of this post a complete waste of valuable time. Seems like something that should be an easy fix. It shows up correctly during print preview but then prints out completely incorrect with lots of random line breaks and spaces. Our most important form that we have patients fill out while in our office and we are unable to use it. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
We are currently having this issue as well and would like it resolved as soon as possible.
