We left Weave and now have to use 3 apps to replace one...GoTo, Patient Engage Live and Dentrix mobile. The Patient Engage Live pop up on the desktop does not integrate with Dentrix (Weaves did). Way to many names...GoTo/Phonesight, Patient Engage Live/Dentrix Hub, Dentrix mobile.... Make it all simpler and work together better. Please please do something about streamlining this!
We just switched to Weave and i am being told that with Dentrix it will only work if the continuing care box has prophy only. If there are x-rays in there they can only pull one date so our patients are getting reminders for panoramic, bitewings etc. Did you have this problem? Thank you Kris
