A group chat feature within patient engage to communicate seamlessly with various groups within the office (ex. admin team, hygienists, doctors, assistants). This is a feature offered by Weave that was VERY convenient and helpful to quickly get a full team involved in a discussion rather than sending out individual messages through Dentalink and trying to go back and forth. We love how seamlessly patient engage works with Dentrix, but without the group chat feature our office may have to look into switching back to Weave. We are hoping to see this feature implemented soon since it was recommended multiple times throughout the pilot program both by myself and other offices.
Definitely team chat is required in PE, we also used Weave and it was easy to communicate internally, with Patient Engage we need to use a third party app to chat( and it will be going back an forth to so many apps). It would be good if the developer can integrate Team chat feature to Patient Engage.
