Patient engage-texting and confirmation interference with each other
Wish when texting using Patient Engage that if someone confirms their appointment immediately your text is erased and disappears and have to start over. Or wish it allowed copy and paste.
Often as I am texting a patient and haven't finished to send it yet, another patient will confirm their appointment and it knocks me off the texting and you have to start all over again. Also, if we have an opening and patients are on asap list to come in for a earlier appointment. It does not allow to copy and paste the same text to make it faster.
