Integration of Appointment Check List to Other Dentrix Modules and Third Party APIs

Dentrix never got around to further developing the Appointment Check List and it needs to be integrated with other modules and allow R&WB from other third-party APIs. It's not automated and there should be the ability to create "rules" for automation.
