Since the G7.4 update we have experienced staff members have to be out of someone's chart if someone else is in. So inconvenient with a large office! When using the screen capture, it takes the ability away of using something you have copied to be able to paste, such as posting a large EFT check and capturing the eob into the doc center then you go back to post the check# from previous claim and you have to go find the check # again! Very frustrating! This was so easy before G7.4. PLEASE bring these tasks back!!!
