Notes are needed for documentation purposes. You have to know why you are moving the allocation, and of course who did it. We do a payroll-in, Payroll-out when it comes to the doctors, having the allocations all locked into one when you fifo has been very challenging. It needs to go back to how it used to be to let us change the definitions if needed and add that note. :)
