Our office uses the Text feature daily. We push reminders for every single appointment on the book. Now with Covid, we are having to text even more. When I receive an incoming text message, there is NO WAY to distinguish it from all the other outgoing texts. It is EXTREMELY time consuming and FRUSTRATING to have to go through each and every single text to tell who sent me a message. I have missed messages in the past because of the lack of highlighting which USED to be a feature years ago. PLEASE CHANGE THIS!!!!
