printing questionaires

when printing the questionaires the PI fields print all crazy. Please help by fixing this printing issue. Many times we need to print blank forms (for the pt that just walk in and want paper) or printing the information for our doctors...they like...

Add more character spaces for Medications

Since the names of patient's medications can be so long we need more character spaces to be able to type the drug name. I would like to suggest 50-75 character spaces instead of only the current amount of 20.

Turn off DDX component

It is not used and wastes time waiting for it to load every time the computer is restarted. Even after turning it off on the startup menu, it still comes back. Worse than Pet Cemetery.
