Practice Assistant/Management Reports

We have utilized the daily daysheet in Practice Assistant ever since we have been on Dentrix and with the latest update of G6 we are no longer able to generate the report and if it does generate it has incorrect patients.  This was such a great report.  Much easier to read than the Dentrix daily daysheet.  It is very disappointing to hear Dentrix, as a leading dental software company,  is not updating and enhancing this report for the future.  Management reports are so important.  Will future versions of Dentrix have a report as clear as this one?

    Sooooo,,,,,,,I need a report showing how many days during the year our providers provided patient care and I looked up how to do it and it starts with Practice Assistant! I don't have or can't find this Practice Assistant! I notice these posts were over 4 years ago! Is it fixed? Am I missing something? Does anyone even read these posts!? LOL

    Lyndsy - thank you for your post! Please rest assured that we are currently working on a replacement for Practice Assistant. In the mean time, we should be able to get your office up and running with Practice Assistant. We have been able to resolve most issues, except for some outlier cases. If you could send me your contact information and customer ID, I can have a senior tech reach out to try and resolve the problems you are experiencing.

    Please fix the Practice Assistant. It is one of the main reasons we switched from ABELDent to Dentrix. It is something we all pay for and it is known by dentrix that it doesn't work. I have been told by multiple dentrix techs that they know it doesn't work and they have no plans to fix it or to provide substitute reports that give the same information.
