Attach providers to procedures during appointment creation.

Medications List Changes

When modifying Medications list, it allows to inactivate or delete (usually not an option) one at a time and the list rolls back to the top. Please allow to choose more than one at a time to inactivate. And keep the list from rolling back to the top.

Treatment Plan Ledger

In the ledger it should show in order of phases like seen in treatment plan so that when I'm sending in an estimate to insurance (creating a claim) I don't have to reference back to the treatment planner while I'm in the ledger!
