I would like to request a feature that allows associates who are compensated based on production to view their own charges and production without giving them access to other providers’ information.
For practices that pay based on production, this would provide associates with greater transparency into the revenue they are personally generating while allowing practice owners to maintain appropriate confidentiality around other providers’ production and compensation.
Ideally, this could be managed through role-based permissions so that each producer can access only their own production and revenue data. This would create a transparent and accountable relationship between the practice and its producers while protecting the privacy of other providers.
I believe this would be a highly valuable and practical feature for practices that use production-based compensation.
