Adding documents to scanned items in Doc. Center

We suddenly cannot add to documents to existing scanned items in the Doc. Center. Did this just happen w/ the latest update?

AGING REPORT THAT SHOWS SUBMITTED AMOUNT BASED ON CLAIM FEE (UCR)

We would like to generate an aging report that shows the submitted amount with the fee that shows on the claims. Only the change will apply for the report, not the way how the claims are setting up currently.

Merge of charts

We would like to have the option to merge the charts so we can have the information from one old chart to the new one without doing it manually.

Merging duplicate patient

Entered the same patient twice so now the patient has two charts. Would like to the option too merge into one chart.

Print Income Tax Receipt

The option now is not an Income Tax Receipt. It should show only payments made by the patient throughout the tax year. Not the adjustments, treatments, ins. payments, etc.
