We keep sending claims out for patients who are maxed out and it is a waste of our time. I understand that we can easily see on the family file that they are, however, we get busy, so many buttons and things to do; and we forget. A popup so we can collect upfront and not send the claim would be very effective. Or even before sending the claim too. A warning that benefits have been met for the year.
You can create a pop up with the alerts for this. My co-worker created a code that is posted on the ledger that says maxed out for the year. Pop up alerts get out of hand and there is too many, then we just ignore them.
