We have a lot of claims that are still pending / unpaid that does not reflect that the patient has maxed benefits for the year. Also when checking benefits on providers website/phone they have not updated yet. There are period of unknown that could be very helpful in determining patients out of pocket cost without doing a treatment plan for every patient
