Please add a Pre-Med icon that will show on the schedule so we can avoid opening the patient's health history or notes.

or you can also add the patients first name before PREMED in the preferred name Field.
I have a solution for everyone with this problem. You can change the appointment book view to display the patients last name, preferred name and then add PREMED to the preferred name data field for each patient requiring this alert. You will not be able to see the patient's first name but thats okay it gives your front of house the opportunity to address each patient formally using Mr., Ms., or Mrs. :)

I had this feature with EagleSoft and it was a great reminder when confirming appointments and when they arrived. Please consider implementing this.
