There should be a way to add individual "patient info notes" to the schedule view - stuff like "wants a blanket" "takes a long time to numb" "premed" so people can avoid having to click through 50 pop-ups of things that don't pertain to their job. If I'm opening the chart to give the patient a treatment plan, I don't need to know any of that - this causes people to click past the important stuff because pop-ups like the ones mentioned get redundant, but assistants/hygienists need to see them. Having this information on the schedule as a readily viewable option also helps efficiency - especially if we can put things like "insurance pays patient directly" so people remember to collect at time of service.
