Currently, we can only see when a questionnaire expires by opening into Q. module. It would be helpful to have an alert or box pop up on patient chart or when try to schedule patient, so that new health history (or missing health history) can be noted prior to patient coming. Scheduling coordinator, in particular, would then be able to set time aside or let clinical staff know to check status of questionnaires. Maybe the health history symbol could flash if new health questionnaire is needed?
