Instead of checking in the ledger or xray screen there will be a little symbol that you can set up for all patients age 5-90 or whatever that automatically appears on the patients appointment when scheduled that allows you to see if a patient is due or over due for whatever you set it up for like bwx, fmx or perio chart. It would help the Dr to quickly glance at the schedule and see if he will be needed for an exam. It would help the assistants to know that they are due and the front office when scheduling an appointment the icon would automatically pop up on scheduled appt that they are due and we could schedule accordingly.
