The ability to keep up with the time a patient checks in and checks out. This would help the Dr know if patients are being taking back in a timely manner.

It is useful to know which accounts are oldest to pursue for collections purposes or reimbursement for credit balances.

Print Income Tax Receipt

The option now is not an Income Tax Receipt. It should show only payments made by the patient throughout the tax year. Not the adjustments, treatments, ins. payments, etc.

When a patient updates insurance after claim has been denied unable to delete previous claim to rebill new insurance

If a patient calls with new insurance I am unable to now delete the previous claim (in a new month) and resub. The "work around" from Dentrix is to re-charge ALL procedures back-dated and adjust the over charge just to be able to resub the claim. ...
